The University of Maiduguri Journal of Islamic and Comparative Laws is a
journal of the Department of Sharia, Faculty of Law, University of Maiduguri
with a purpose of meeting the needs of scholars in the dissemination of
research findings particularly in Islamic and comparative laws studies.
The Journal welcomes articles, notes, comments and reviews from
contributors. Please submit a copy of your article through an email with your
name, address, e-mail, telephone number and educational qualifications
shown on the title page.
